Thank you for purchasing Marianne Homsy Jewelry. Should you choose to return your purchase, we will gladly accept returns of items in original condition. Returns must include the original receipt and be postmarked within 10 business days of the original delivery date. Please contact us via phone: 813-258-5916 or email: mh@mariannehomsy.com to advise us of return and information on where to ship return. Returned jewelry will be credited to the credit card used to make purchase. We cannot refund or reimburse any shipping and handling charges. Marianne Homsy Jewelry is not responsible for loss or damage of return shipments. Please insure and package carefully.

REPAIRS

We stand by the quality of our designs.  Marianne Homsy Jewlery will at their discretion offer free repair for damged items due to regulr wear and tear within six months from the purchase date.

Before requesting a repair, please provide a detailed description of teh broken jewelry and photograph if possible.

If your jewelry needs repairs after six months, you will be charged for materials and labor.  The same applies to jewelry broken under extreme conditions.  Marianne Homsy Jewelry reserves the right to deny unreasonable repair requests.

Please pack jewelry in a well-padded container when shipping. All return shipping charges are teh customer's responsibility and cannot be refunded.

Marianne Honsy Jewelry is not responsible for damages or loss incurred in return shipping.

We respect your privacy by not selling or sharing your information with outside companies or third parties. When you purchase online, we collect your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, e-mail address, and credit card information. This information is only used to process and ship your order.

Our shipping and delivery days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We ship domestic packages via United Stated Postal Service Priority mail. Allow 2-3 business days.

We ship to Canada and all members of the European Union. Our international orders ship United States Postal Service's Global Priority. We will contact all international customers to confirm shipping costs and will not process order until postal rate is accepted by customer.
